When you install SyncHub, we automatically access and collect certain data from your Shopify store through Shopify’s API. This may include:

• Logs or usage data related to synchronization activity

If you connect multiple stores, SyncHub stores connection details securely to manage synchronization between them.

We use the collected data to:

• Enable and manage synchronization of content between your primary store and connected stores
• Authenticate and maintain secure communication with your stores
• Provide technical support and improve app performance
• Monitor and troubleshoot errors or synchronization issues
• Send you important updates or notifications related to app functionality

We do not sell, rent, or share your store’s data with any third party for marketing or advertising purposes.

3. Third-Party Services

We use certain third-party services to host and operate SyncHub, such as:

• Shopify API (for authentication and data synchronization)

We retain your store data only for as long as necessary to provide the app’s functionality or comply with legal obligations. If you uninstall SyncHub, your stored data (including access tokens and connection details) will be automatically deleted within 30 days.

• Regular server updates and security audits

However, please note that no internet transmission is 100% secure. You use the app at your own risk.
